SurePay
allows your bank to electronically "transfer" your maintenance fees or lease
rent payments from your checking or savings account through Automated Clearing
House (ACH) into your Association's checking account (on the 10th of every month).
If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the funds are taken out on the next
business day.
Simply complete
the SurePay
authorization application form (attach required
deposit slip or voided check) then FAX or MAIL it to Certified Management. If
received before the 20th of the month, activation begins the following month.
